Eat less: I believe this is the first step we have to take, and it’s often the hardest. On top of that, it’s not only eating less; it’s eating the right foods–healthy foods with calories that are very low. The extra energy that our body did not use got us fat.

A bit of observation on eating less and right: In case you don’t see unwanted foods and smell it, it is a lot easier to avoid eating it. A fridge and table full of junk food would be the enemy.
